Thomas Maddox is Vice President of Operations for Premiere Building Maintenance Corporation. In this capacity, Mr. Maddox oversees operations for over 30,000,000 square feet of cleaning on a daily basis and 600+ employees. As a member of the Executive team, Mr. Maddox serves in place of the President under certain circumstances.
Thomas has more than 20 years with Premiere Building Maintenance Corporation with multi-faceted janitorial experience. He brings comprehensive experience in organizational management, operational management and financial management. His strong management skills in strategic planning, operational assessment, scheduling, project start-ups, cost and pricing and proposal preparation is invaluable to Premiere. He has played a key role in developing and growing Premiere to where it is today. Prior to becoming a Vice President, Thomas served in various capacities at Premiere; Supervisor, Contract Manager and Operations Manager. He has been trained or certified in Labor Law, Green Products, Bidding and Estimating, Safety, Customer Relations, Employee Relations, Training the Trainer and Spanish Translation.
Thomas graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree from Carson Newman University.
